Rewiring our brains

Hey friends,

Nope, still no internet, etc. (I really don't know how it is even POSSIBLE that this situation persists in 2012, but every time I complain, someone reminds me that I live in France...early 19th century France, apparently.) Nonetheless, the miracle of public networks allows me to at least keep in touch, and for that, I am truly grateful.

I'm also grateful for this amazing, amusing video. Take a look at the link below...you'll be so...er, grateful that you did. It's about rewiring our brains for happiness--the whys and the hows. I'm going to try this starting immediately!

I'm also thankful for my work today with two great clients, the gorgeous spring weather that seems to be more and more frequent, and my cute, sweet parents.

Let me know what you're grateful for...I love getting comments! And don't forget to watch the video!

bisous

  1. I'm grateful that I was able to get up this morning and put my feet on the ground. I'm grateful that there was a Velib in the stand so that I could be on time for my appointment. I'm grateful for my smelly old gym where I have a really good time riding the spin bikes all by myself.

And I'm really grateful that my internet, phone and tv work and that I haven't had to deal with issues that you are!!! :-)

And I'm grateful to you for doing this Grateful Portal. Please don't stop...

  2. I'm grateful for a decent home which does more than provide a roof over my head. I'm grateful for the love of friends and family. I'm grateful for the warm sun on my skin and having someone to share that experience (with a sandwich, too, lolling in front of Centre Georges Pompidou)...Jeanne Stoner
